Have you ever heard about the sun’s layers? The sun has 6 layers. Core: The core is the very middle of the sun. It is also the hottest part of the sun. We also have the radiative zone. Convection zone: the Convectios zone is the third layer of the sun. Corona: the corona is the last layer of the sun. There are two more called the photosphere and chromosphere. The photosphere is a filled with boiling gases that makes up the sun’s surface. Photo means light. You are not able to see the outer layer of the sun which is called the corona. You can only see it during a solar eclipse! Now you know that the sun has six layers! These six layers are important because we would not have a sun and we would be really cold.
